I understand having a currency account managed by SFP is speculative in nature and account equity is NOT guaranteed.

I understand having an account managed by SFP is a privilege and NOT a right. Therefore, SFP retains the right to stop managing any account should it deem best to do so.

When there’s a monthly profit, I understand the Platinum account ($10,000 or more) has it’s performance fee withdrawn at the end of each MONTH. The monthly
Performance fee is 28%.

When there’s a monthly profit, I understand the Standard account ($5,000 up to 9,999.99) has it’s performance fee withdrawn at the end of each MONTH. The Performance fee is 35%.
I also understand if I enter at the Standard level, I cannot upgrade for 12 months to the Platinum performance fee level unless a deposit of NEW money is posted to the
account. Standard accounts will be upgraded to Platinum at the end of 12 months by request if your account has 10,000 or more. *I do understand I can open an additional Platinum account at any time if I so desire.

I understand since SFP ONLY specializes in trading International spot currencies for clients and ONLY takes a Fee when there's been account growth for the month, the NFA does not require us to hold CTA status although certain brokers may request it.

By signing the below, I acknowledge that I fully understand the above statements. As a client, I will comply and give StressFreeProfits the authority to have their performance fee withdrawn each month when there is a profit. ____________________________________________
