What is the risk?

Our currency accounts are for those who are willing to take on a little more risk for a chance at much better returns. Since you do have the option to view your statement daily, you should be determined to handle any daily swings that could occur in your account. Statistically, it is said that the 10-20% of a portfolio that is placed in higher risk instruments account for the most growth.

Is there a possibility that I can lose my money?

The possibility to lose money does exist. There have been a few occasions over the years where exchanges or trading platforms have halted trading. The issue lies in for what reason was trading halted and for how long. In such instances, when trading resumes, the market could be in our favor or against us. In addition, our systems aren't going to be right all the time, so there could be an occasional daily drawdown. Therefore, we recommend that you should only place money in an active trading account that has been specified as risk capital. The same as you would treat similar investments.

As my account potentially builds, will you reinvest the returns?

We will periodically adjust the number of lots traded so accounts will benefit.  Most of our systems are structured to trade a percentage of the equity.

How much is the performance fee?

Our performance fee for a $10,000 entry Platinum account is 28%. The performance fee for a $5,000 entry Standard account is 35%. The performance fee for either account is withdrawn every month. There are no other significant fees associated with our service. *Normal brokerage transaction fees may apply and are some of the lowest in the industry. Some brokers do not charge a fee. The cost of the transaction is built into the spread (bid and ask).  For those unfamiliar with Forex management structure, the typical performance fee range for this arena is between 25-45%.

Is the performance fee based on achieving a new level of profit?

The performance fee is based on any new profit regardless of the previous month or month's results though we may use discretion should there be a month in which no profit is shown.  If we do not make any profit, then no performance fee is owed.

NOTE: In addition to taking a performance fee, it is common for forex managers to take several dollars per transaction or have arrangements with the broker to receive a portion of the spread. We do not practice this. We have arranged for the lowest fees and/or tightest spreads so you save money. Therefore we have no reason to "churn" your account to collect additional fees. Basically, we like to look at the bottom line and so should you.

How can you consistently generate such high returns?

Because of our focus and the "machinery" we have in place. Some people may wonder how this can be. May I suggest, it's because we WORK very hard every month.  Maybe the other "guys" just don't put in the time we do and they certainly do not have our proprietary systems. Call us a bit obsessed! I know many people are leery of higher returns equating it to very high risk or a scam. Remember although we target an average of 10% each month, we are not promising any specific "iron-clad" return and we are certainly not a scam. I find our biggest job is educating people on what this market arena has to offer. Most really have no idea how much money a well experienced forex money manager can earned in this arena. While we work toward a solid return each month, we can't guarantee any specifics because everything we do is market driven. That's why we have structured our accounts so you can view your statement daily and why your money is held by another company. You'll know we aren't fabricating the statements. I think we have eliminated about every mental objection by making our service very easy to try. Why not set up an account and test drive us for a few months?  For those scared of higher returns, we'll cut yours in half. (ok, that's a joke)

What is the largest draw down I can expect?

The answer to that question is two-fold. One, while we have exhausted every resource to design these systems to function safely and analyze any number of market contingencies, they are still market driven. Secondly, by us exiting the market most every week, we will sometimes leave money on the table.  It is always a delicate balance between risk and reward. Being cautious and being greedy. But if I were to state a figure, I'd use 30% because it's hard to determine what could happen in the future. We do plan to trade a basket of currencies most of the time which should keep any drawdown to a minimum.  We will see intraday drawdowns and possibly even weekly drawdowns. But we have put in place safeguards to avoid any large monthly drawdowns and trust they are sufficient.  Note: All of our systems test out with moderate drawdowns, but we do not know what the future holds and is the reason we use balanced stops on every trade and strongly suggest you consciously commit to a 30% leeway in account equity.

Am I required to maintain my entry level balance?

You should always maintain the starting balance unless you plan to close the account. Anything above that, you are free to take out whenever you want.  If the account dips due to trading activity, you are not responsible for this.

Can StressFreeProfits trade a portion of my retirement account?

While I'm not acknowledgeable on every retirement structure, the answer is YES most of the time. You should check on your particular account. Naturally, most brokers or money managers aren't interested in you redirecting your money and placing it somewhere else, but it is your money. If they aren't giving you a good return, you must do what's best for your own concerns.

Am I able to add to my account as often as I like?

Yes

What exactly is a performance fee?

A performance fee is our portion of the profits.  For example: If your $10,000 account gains $1000.00, then the portion owed to SFP would be $280.00.  Your take would be $720.00.  If your account does not show a profit in any one month, then nothing is owed.

Some may confuse our structure with the structure of many other investments that take a management fee or trading fee even though your account is not growing.  Your account must grow with us before any performance fee is owed. Although most Forex manager performance fees are higher than some other investments, the bottomline annual returns can typically be much higher in spite of the higher performance fees, so you are the benefactor.

Is your company licensed to trade and where is your head office?

We are a registered company in the state of Ohio. Our partners hold various licenses or degrees. Our senior partner is a well experienced trader who relies on custom designed tools and sophisticated automated systems to trade. It should be pointed out that a degree or license alone doesn't make one a profitable trader. Observing your prior investments should be proof of this fact. *The NFA and CFTC are the regulatory organizations responsible for overseeing our industry.

Regarding a public centralized office, we do not currently staff one. We only maintain our private trading office.  We are a network of representatives who work individually from home or an office. Of course, our Brokers have their main public offices, but the representatives may or may not.

If the stock market is volatile and the Forex market is volatile, what difference does it make where I put my money?

The main difference is in how that volatility is handled. Most stock systems and portfolio managers are not prepared to handle extreme volatility because of their size or regulation. Therefore, they are forced to endure the ups and downs. In addition, many forex systems aren't agile enough either.
This is why StressFreeProfits has a distinct advantage. Not only do our specialized systems know how to handle volatility, but certain of our systems actually need the volatility to make money. That’s why diversifying a portion of your retirement into a company that has systems in place to handle the swings and profit from it makes sense. We'd like to have you as a client, so if we can be of further assistance, please contact us.
